Job Description

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage construction projects from initial planning through completion.
  • Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure timely delivery.
  • Lead and supervise construction teams, contractors, subcontractors, and site staff.
  • Monitor daily project progress and ensure work meets quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Review construction drawings, contracts, and technical specifications.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, suppliers, and clients.
  • Manage project costs, approve expenses, and control budgets.
  • Identify project risks and implement solutions to prevent delays.
