Job Description

  • Diagnose and repair desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other computer hardware issues. 
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware components. 
  • Assemble and upgrade PCs according to customer requirements. 
  • Install and troubleshoot operating systems, software, and drivers. 
  • Identify and replace faulty hardware components such as RAM, HDD/SSD, power supplies, and motherboards. 
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers. 
  • Perform network setup and basic LAN/Wi-Fi troubleshooting. 
  • Conduct regular maintenance and performance checks on computers. 
  • Handle hardware testing, repairs, and service documentation. 
  • Maintain good customer communication and provide effective solutions. 
  • Keep updated with the latest computer hardware and technology trends.
