Job Description

  • Process customer payments accurately using cash, card, or digital payment methods.
  • Issue receipts, refunds, and exchange transactions according to company procedures.
  • Maintain an accurate cash drawer and balance cash at the end of each shift.
  • Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic payment-related issues.
  • Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently.
  • Assist with opening and closing cashier procedures.

Required skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and accuracy. Cash handling and numerical accuracy. Good communication and customer service skills.
