Job Description

  • Monitor project budgets and actual costs.
  • Prepare cost estimates and financial reports.
  • Track project expenses, materials, labor, and subcontractor costs.
  • Analyze cost variations and identify budget risks.
  • Prepare cost forecasts and budget updates.
  • Review purchase orders, invoices, and payment records.
  • Coordinate with project managers, quantity surveyors, and finance teams.
  • Control unnecessary expenses and improve cost efficiency.
  • Maintain cost documentation and project records.
  • Prepare monthly cost reports and financial summaries.
