Job Description (Key Responsibilities)

  • Install, troubleshoot, and repair desktop computers, laptops, and related hardware.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware faults efficiently.
  • Assemble, upgrade, and configure computer systems.
  • Install and replace computer components such as RAM, HDDs/SSDs, motherboards, and power supplies.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and routine system checks.
  • Install and configure printers, scanners, and other peripheral devices.
  • Assist with basic network connectivity troubleshooting.
  • Maintain service records and repair documentation.

Required skills

Computer hardware troubleshooting and repair. Good communication and customer service skills. Technical problem-solving skills.
